1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YatraNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and the following conditions:

  • You must provide accurate information during booking.
  • Full payment is required to confirm a ticket or room.
  • E-tickets or booking confirmations must be presented at the time of check-in or boarding.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

YatraNow acts as an intermediary between users and service providers (bus operators/hotels). We are not liable for delays, service quality issues, or accidents caused by third-party providers.
